Happy (late) Halloween. I dressed up as the insane bald man, which required no changes at all on my part. I've attached a little something called Document Control 101. It's not a recent piece, but it's a decent one for folks who are just trying to get their arms around document control. Probably not too exciting for the quality veterans. Lemme know what you think.

I'm so glad the article was helpful. Document control is a discipline that can become very complex if you let it, though at its core it's quite simple. I know I struggled with it a number of years ago. Document control was the cause of all my hair falling out...

Welcome to the Cove, Robyn! :bigwave: If you do a search here on Document Control, you'll find lots of helpful threads and thoughts. :) Although, I must admit, Craig's a great person to start with...lots of knowledge and enthusiasm (awesome combination!). Thankfully, he only puts on the cheerleader outfit for really special occasions. :rolleyes:

This reminds me that I picked up an interesting book on customer satisfaction - read though a few sections and was impressed! Well thought out advice, practical, appropriate.
