I am currently trying to devise a reporting template for our President that
will provide him with pertinent weekly metrics - we are a tier 2 automotive painting facility. We bring in molded parts, paint them, inspect and ship to either a staging firm or a tier 1 assembly firm. Any suggestions (I am new to this industry / position) or guidance would definitely be appreciated!
