Hi All,

I am doing a study on the transition process of ISO/TS within an medium sized auto supplier. I am looking for some references to online literature about implementation strategies, transition process methods, or whatever would be a good read to get an understanding of what kind of approach/method is being used by companies. I want to use this as background knowledge to find a good area to focus on. If possible something to do with how the transition will SPC procedures/performance within a company. I hope that makes sense. I've looked for some things but haven't had much luck. I figure I'd ask some of the people who have gone through or performed the transition within their company to get some of those resources materials. Thanks for your help.
