My best recommendation is, if you don't have a LOT of experience with TS yourself, plan on retaining a good consultant. The money you spend now will be saved in the long run by not making the same mistakes that all of us have made over and over and over.

I'd happily offer my services for a modest stipend, but unfortunately I haven't even had my orientation training yet :-( (Something about too much work to do, not enough hours in the day, Ron, you can't GO there today!)

You work for a very large organization. Use the practices, processes, systems other plants of your organization have already put in place. And adapt them to the specifics of your site.

Wait a minute!!!! Moody International Auditor is recommending TS consultants to prospective clients.!!!!

Just wondering what does the ITAF have to say! Perhaps, VDA-QMC, the oversight office for Moody International should conduct a witness audit on this liangjincheng guy at Qingdao office to check on the transparency and accountability.

Or is it a common practice worldwide that the CBs are recommending and intoducing consultants to their prospective clients!!!!!

TS 2nd Rule mentioned that consultants should not participate in the audit yet CB auditors are working hand-in-glove......

I am amazed and puzzled!
