View Full Version : Ford Specific Attribute Gage Study - 50 samples, 3 trials, 3 ops - Spreadsheet Wanted

I have been going through the various Attribute Gage Study worksheets that have been posted. I have yet to come across one that meets the Ford Specific requirements regarding Attributes. The Ford Specific requires a minimum of a 50 pc. sample along with 3 trials and 3 operators. So far I have come up with either a 50 pc. sample with 3 operators and 2 trials or a 20 pc. sample with 3 operators and 3 trials. Do you know where I could get an excell spreadsheet that meets these requirements?

I haven't seen one for 50 pc x 3 operators x 3 trials, but it shouldn't be that difficult to generate in either Excel or Word.

Do you have any document templates that you can use (this document should have a form number and revision date, etc, as it will become a Quality Record).

I tried that yesterday but I am looking for 50x3x3 format. That is Ford specific format.

I have made an Excel sheet of the 50X3X3 attribute study from the MSA manual - 3rd version.
Do I ( or did I already? ) violate copyrights if I put this in the Cove ?

Anyone ?

Are you referring to the table on page 127? The reason it's there is to provide a method for doing the study in question, so if you've designed a spreadsheet for it there's no copyright infringement that I can see.

Yes page 127 till 132.

The last line on page V of the 3rd version worries me.
I do copy a portion, don't I ?

I'm not a lawyer, but I still don't think it's a problem. There's a phone number in the line that you cite; why not call and ask?

You can send me to my email (in profile).

I've sent an E-mail to AIAG asking if I would violate copyrights by putting this in the Cove.
Anyone with experience how long this can take before getting an answer ?

Today I received an E-mail from AIAG granting me permission to use the subject pages from the MSA manual.

So, as promised,

Some time ago I posted Excel files for attribute MSA 50X3X3.

There have been several viewers since then.

Any comments? So I can improve the files ?
Has anybody used them already?

Any experience with them is appreciated.
Best regards,

Antoine
