View Full Version : Looking for a good Audit Report example al40 18th February 2005, 12:44 PM Can anyone provide me with an example of an audit report to use? :D Marc 21st February 2005, 07:40 AM Do you mean like an internal audit report? ISO 9001 or TS 16949 or other? Standard(s) compliance or system (process)? ccochran 21st February 2005, 08:46 AM Allen, I've attached an example of a multi day, full-system audit report. You probably would trim this down considerably for an audit of smaller scope. Craig Phil P 21st February 2005, 10:12 AM Here is a copy of the audit report that I use for internal audits, hope it helps. mshell 21st February 2005, 11:38 AM This is the one that we use for our internal audits. Kevin H 21st February 2005, 02:07 PM I'm attaching a copy of the form we use for internal audit reports for review/use by any who desire to. We're registered to both ISO 9001:2000 & ISO/TS 16949. Here is IQA Checklist / Report I have used for years along with a completed sample and a descriptive presentation. Dr. L. Ramakrishnan 23rd February 2005, 12:09 AM Following section 6.6 of ISO-19011 one can write an excellent audit report - bringing out both conformances and non-conformances. I have been following this guideline (earlier ISO-14011) for EMS audits for over eight years and found the method quite useful. Regards, Ramakrishnan Cari Spears 23rd February 2005, 10:55 AM Here's my stuff. I'd like to thank Craig Cochran (10 Essential Audit Questions - and - Production Audit Checklist - and - Management/Supervisory Audit Checklist) and Rob Nix (Alternative Internal Auditing Method) and whoever posted their form #AEP 8.2.2-1A (I wish I had jotted your name on it when I printed it out.) Anyway - TCF.17.01 is the plan I post in advance. The preparation worksheet is something new I created - we used it in our last internal audit and the auditors like it so it's a keeper - it's sort of turtle diagram-ish, I guess. The interview checklist is what I created from ideas I found in the attachments listed above and the forms our registrar uses. The blanks are for questions the auditor decides to ask once they've completed the preparation worksheet. I am still working on the interview checklist for management. Finally, TCF.17.02 is the audit report. al40 24th February 2005, 08:25 AM Here's my stuff. I've learned alot through the generosity of our fellow covers - just trying to give a little back! :D ALMAPEREY 17th September 2009, 11:01 PM Hi Guys, This really helps a lot. Now, I'm working in a new company and the IQA checklist in my previous company is really hard to use. Thanks for the inputs! |
