View Full Version : How do you audit Customer Specified Requirements?

 I'm not quite sure how to approach this audit and I was curious to know how others audited their various customer specific requirements. Do you randomly select a few items from each customer? Do you cover all items from every customer? Do you review only the items that go above and beyond standard procedure? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

:thanx:

In our company, review of customer requirements provides "above and beyond" requirements which are then included on our part specific work instructions. The requirements are "audited" every time we run that part and documented on the work instruction. The review process and inclusion on the work instruction are audited within the Contract Review area of our process audit. We do not do C/S items that are included as part of the normal system, however we do a periodic audit of random jobs which would include ALL items.
