The fast one mentions Origami (Though I'm not certain about the context) in his thread Origami gurus - Do they want the price of the product to increase? (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=11253)
I have been a Orgami freak since my tender years. The interest got a further boost when my daughter became interested. Anybody else out there? I enclose a picture of a couple of examples I just happened to have sitting in my window here at work.

Cool, Claes! Tis indeed a beautiful art!
My youngest son is the big oragami freak in our house, he can make a hundred frogs in no time flat! and then the little creatures "jump" all over the house.
One hundred oragami frogs, two kids, four cats and an overworked mom trying to catch up on housework. priceless.
I think maybe I should go home and apologize for only seeing the work to be done and not the beauty in simple pleasures.

You usually are...I think maybe I should go home and apologize for only seeing the work to be done and not the beauty in simple pleasures.Send my regards to your son. :bigwave: Yes, Origami can be quite beautiful. I also find it very relaxing. I have but one problem with it: To find suitable paper.

It is a truly beautiful artform, the closest I come is origami boulders, for fine examples (not mine, though) go to http://www.origamiboulder.com/

I'm not sure where that link was supposed to go, but it tried to hijack my home page and brought up a suspicious popup...
