Hello all!
I discovered ths site about 3 weeks ago and it has been phenomenal. I took the role of QA Manager about a year ago from my company. We are a service company of about 350 employees and I have really been struggling with how to put a Quality Manual for this type of work until I discovered this site and the wonderful resources here. I did start out with a canned procedure about 5 months ago and have been struggling with until after visiting here, I realized, I probably had waaaaaay too much written, So I took out my copy of the ISO requirements and started rewriting. This is what I have come up with and would appreciate any comments. I am in the process of generating a lot of the procedures referenced in it. I dont see a lot of service manuals here, so if any one gets useful info from mine, GREAT!!! Please remember this is work in progress.
