Welcome to the Cove reddish,

---No---

ISO-17025 is a set of requirements that need to be operational for a lab to be certified. How you control your parts is based on the product realization process and contract with the customer. No direct relationship between the two exists unless your control plan calls for use of such a lab.

You define what the capabilities of the lab are and determine which processes/parts need to utilize the lab.

Any others?

Reddish,

ISO/IEC 17025 does not specify that glassware must be certified/checked prior to each use.....however, it is reasonable to presume that it must be checked at least upon receipt.

I do recommend that you should check regulatory requirements that may affect you, as there may be specific requirements there.

Hope this helps.
