I suppose that I was not very clear in my request. I would like to "borrow" a template that someone may have that I am able to complete such as an excel document. :thanx: Diana Cadwalader 20th April 2005, 10:41 AM Hi. Are you looking for the SOE (Sequence of Events) or a template that shows the operations, checks, etc? Please clarify. I think I might have what you need - - but want to be sure. Diana Cadwalader 20th April 2005, 10:48 AM Just in case I dont make it back here any time soon - - I am attaching some examples of what I have seen used in different areas. One is a standard work document - - the other is the first document that is generated in order to assess the process and help with the standard work generation. Hope it helps some. wmarhel 21st April 2005, 08:09 AM Here's a couple of Excel sheets you can use. Modify as desired. You may also include model, type and space to have revision history which would help you in making FMEA. wmarhel 29th November 2006, 12:32 PM Does anyone have a template (Excel would be great) for Standard Work Combination Chart?
