SMG 2020 issued by FDA October 1, 2004 includes framework for quality systems. I was wondering if companies will be revising their quality manuals to this format?

SMG 2020 issued by FDA October 1, 2004 includes framework for quality systems. I was wondering if companies will be revising their quality manuals to this format?I think that is for FDA's quality system internally.
