thanks for reading~
i am studing hotel management in switzerland.
last week i got a topic about total quality management.
i already did alot of reserch, because of i am in low english leve...
after ready all the website...i got really confuse of what is TQM...
and how does a TQM environment relate to a 5 stars hotel..

TQM is the acronym for Total Quality Management. Even though it does not receive much publicity, TQM is still alive and well. I think its methods are now more or less an embedded philosophy in organizations that empower people at all possible levels to understand their potential and contribute their best efforts.
