Please, anyone can give me the table for Cpk vs z vs Pz.
Appendix F of SPC manual issued by the Big3 shows z vs Pz (Probability of Defect) only.

It's not exactly clear what Hisar is trying to accomplish, but there is information Here (http://www.busitech.com/glossary.htm) on how to calculate what it is I think he might be looking for.
On the other hand, because z min = Cpk/3, it's a simple matter to find the z value given Cpk, and from there to find the Pz value from the table Hisar refers to in his post. Hence I'm not sure what purpose a table of equivalents would serve. If he could post back with more information it would be easier to give a definitive answer (or not).
