I am looking for a good university that provides a Master Degree in Quality Assurance or TQM, do you know a good one that is internaionally recognized?any past experience?

Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta GA, USA offers such a degree, and several international students have attended. See spsu.edu. You have to be on campus a total of 2 different Saturday mornings for the entire program. The rest is via the internet.
I happen to know about this one because I am a graduate!
