Do any of you have any guidance on auditing this clause ? It seems so broad.

Tell us firstly what you think is required and what kind of organization you are dealing with.

We are an instrumentation manufacturer - Pressure Systems Inc. (PSI). In fact we are the world leader in electronically scanned pressure measurement.
I actually found what I was looking for in the "Related Threads" section which Ihad previously gone unnoticed by me. This is a really great place - I am sure I'll be back as I am an internal auditor.
thanks, BP

I am sure I speak on behalf of most Covers in saying "Welcome" to the Cove and you are right that it isa considerablke resource of the kind unavailable in availability and depth just a few years ago. Indeed, its depth exceeds what is available from the professional societies (IQA/ ASQ etc).

Do come back as I am sure everyone here will be pleased to know your views on subjects, problems and issues and for your contribution: contribution and participation are of the Cove's essence.

As the man said: Welcome to te Cove, bpigg :bigwave:I actually found what I was looking for in the "Related Threads" section which Ihad previously gone unnoticed by me. Yep, the related threads frequently hit right on target.

I appreciate the welcome. I would have been happy to find a resource with half the content this one has. I have only read a small percentage of the posts. They are all too familiar. I guess most companies are the same. Running the repair function for 13 years I got tired of being on the *** end of the process and moved to Manufacturing Engineering. I've seen almost every mistake that we have ever made- now I get to prevent some of them from ever happening. Thanks again - I'll be back.

It also sounds like you should be able to convey some insights here in the Cove. Keep posting.:agree1:
