Hello there, can someone please help me to create a POISSON ACUMULATIVE PROBABILITY table using excel?. Like the one in the book sampling inspection tables (New York: John Wiley & Son, Inc. 1994)?.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but here is a spreadsheet I put together that allows you to input the sample size and the defect rate and determine:
* the probabilty of a specific number of defects
* the cumulative probablity of at most a given number of defects.

It has separate sheets for Binimial, Poisson, and Hypergeometric distributions. Hopefully it will allow you to generate the numbers you want.
