I'm qualifying a PPAP Book and my doubt is about accredited lab documentation, I'm asking to my supplier accreditation for test laboratory and I expecting receive a cert that meets with iso/iec guide 25, iso/iec 17025 or national equivalente and instead of, he is sending to me QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications.
could I accept these certs as accredited lab documentation?

The short answer is no.
ISO Guide 25 is long since dead and buried.....don't accept it either as it is not valid.
ISO/IEC 17025 or the U.S. version ANSI/ISO 17025 is the current standard for lab accreditation. If the lab is in the U.S., then an accreditation from IAS, NVLAP, L-A-B, A2LA, or SCC/CLAS is perfectly acceptable. If outside the U.S. or Canada, then check with the accrediting body that is in the respective country. To find the AB, go to www.ilac.org or www.aplac.org
You may run into ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 as a claim.....it is good but remember it is self-declared.
Hope this helps.
