My company has just decided to retain its certification based on the idea that there may be potential customers in Europe and the Middle East that would require ISO 9001 certification.

We cater to the oil and gas industry and none of our Asian, Australian, North American or South American customers require ISO 9001 certification.

Does anyone out there know if there is a need for ISO 9001 in the European and Middle East Oil and Gas markets?
