Anybody here could give me a sample quality objective for IMPEX
,HR Dept,Sales including its activity plan...thank you very much

Not sure what you mean by IMPEX...

My philosophy is to blend the business and Quality objectives.

I suggest for HR: training compliance, certification compliance, # of audit non-conformances.

I suggest for Sales: training compliance, performance to forecast (by key customer), # new accounts/contracts, # of audit non-conformances, revenue to forecast, EBIT to forecsast, time to respond to Customer requests / RFQs.

Another way of saying Objectives is GOALS. How does your organization tell if IMPEX is good or bad, on time or schedule, if orders or correct or incorrect. What is the bigest headache for IMPEX? How does management know?
What is your company trying to acheive for IMPEX?
