I am being trained as Six Sigma Black Belt additionally I also have responsibility for TPM, The management initiative which our company is pursuing with Six Sigma.

Please tell me how these two initiatives can be integrated.

It might help if we define what "TPM" is.

My inclination would be "Total Productive Maintenance", but we all know about assumptions. Although reading the initial post, one has to wonder if it shouldn't have been "TQM"?

And if by TQM, he means a Deming approach, there are certain things that cannot be reconciled between the two approaches. But this is why I asked what the original question meant by "TPM".
