I am in the process of identifying internal customer requirements for TS. What type of internal requirements is everyone posting/using?

This is what I have so far:
Internal Audits - auditee and auditor availability
Correction Action responses received on time.
Line Audits
Hardness Checks
Plant Layout
Gage Certifications
On Time Delivery
Target Inventory levels
On Time Delivery
8 Day Forcast
Daily Hotsheet
Annual Survey Completed
Employee Morale
# of grievances
Attendance over 78%
Changeover completed in 30 minutes
Cost Improvements - Hydraulic Oil Cost Reduction, Shot, Quench Oil, Gloves
Man/1000
PCS/MHR
Less than 1% scrap
Overtime
Part/Label
Verification

mjones2, your list should contain those items which are key to demonstrating, at a glance, how your company is doing. Who developed this list? Did it include discussions with people within key processes? What do the people who actually do the jobs think should be on the list?

Lists like this are unique to a company and I doubt that many of us could say if your list is incomplete, complete or even adequate. :o

My only suggestion would be this....if you have never used Key Performance Indicators before, start off small. Get used to them and taking action when necessary/practical. Expand over time.
