I am currently studying quality control systems at Uni. I have to research and present a 10 minute talk on ISO 9000 and I am a bit stuck. All the books I have read on the subject mainly discuss ISO 9001. Are they the same thing or are they seperate. The books ar a bit indepth for a beginner like me and I'm getting a bit confused (I think I need an ISO 9000 for dummies book)
I appreciate any help/advice you can give me :thanx:

Good call, Sidney. Efficient and to the point.

On a side note -
As an experienced presenter, I constantly keep in mind an anecdote by Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain), an experienced public speaker:

"If you want me to talk for an hour, I'm ready now. If you want me to talk for only ten minutes, I'll need two weeks to prepare."

So, meranwil, Sidney has given you advice on learning your subject matter. My advice is to be very judicious in editing the material so you can do justice to it in ten minutes. That probably means you'll have to spend a lot more time deciding what to leave out than deciding what to put into ten minutes.
