Microsofts Visio flowcharting sortware has a C&E template in it that allows you do add all the data. It is not too bad.

Does anyone have a cause and effect diagram (fish bone) created that you can enter information in?May I suggest trying a Mindmap instead? A mindmap can serve as a Ishikawa diagram as well as bags of other things. I suggest a look in the following old threads. You will finds map examples and some links to various software:
