hi, anyone.
Recently I want to draw the Gage Performance Curve(GPC) in the long method. Based on the MSA manual, I get the samples, i.e. XT and Number of accepts(a) pairs; then I calculate the P'a using the binomial adjustments; now I draw the GPC, and using the "Method of Least Squares" to get the GPC‘s direct line,i.e. y=ax + b. Finally, I used the formula to calcuate the x where y=0.5% and y=99.5%. Now the problem appeared, I found my results is different from the results in the manual, did I use a wrong way to draw the GPC? To test my program, I used the same samples in the manual.
Do you get the same question? Would you please give me some advice?
:thanx:
