Hi all,

i ask you for a review on a cube, i draw to make the structure of documentation visible to the staff of the company i`m working for.
i wanted to keep it simple and understandable for all. so i didn`t include detailed informationen and also the cube should show the context and connection of all Levels. kernel is level 1, but without any level, the system is incomplete and not stable or not functional.

i`m grateful for every comment, suggestion or recommendation (-:

Thank you

i`m grateful for every comment, suggestion or recommendation (-: Aha... It is a change from the "traditional" pyramid, and I have to say that I rather like it. It is certainly easy to see what you want to convey. Nice...

Dear nikolauswhy!

I like your cube, this is very interesting interpretation of QMS Structure.
Just some comments:
- I would add Quality Policy like a small core of the cube.
- I think that main Processes should be mentioned in the cube along with Procedures as level 2.
- Instead of "Needed forms" I would prefer "Required forms" or something like this.

Good luck!

It is an interesting new 3D approach on the old 2D pyramid, but it is still the same pyramid. Is it more clear, do you think, or is it just a more modern looking shape. I think I would stay with the pyramid. It is boring, but clear.

Also, remember, you no longer need all three or four levels in all cases. In many cases, a manual and some sort of instructional document (call it an SOP, Work Instruction, database, flowchart or whatever) might suffice in many cases.
