I see lots of them on the Forum. I download and study them and am still slightly confused on how to fill them out correctly. Anyone have a work instruction?

How about an example of one you've 'played with' for folks to look at and comment on?

Is there anything specific that you can verbalize (in this case 'textualize'...) as to what, specifically, you are having problems with?

WWilliams,

Before the term Turtle was made a part of our Quality Lexicon, Philip Crosby Associates developed a Process Model Worksheet as a tool for identifying and specifying the requirements for a task. I obtained a Quality Work Group Education - Participant Workbook (copywrited 1990) when working with a client. The client had Philip Crosby Associates train their people for the Quality Improvement Process.

To possibly help understand the structure, the Head - Body - Tail is the Input - Output Model, while the feet are those elements of the process that give guidance and structure to the process.

Hope this helps you in your quest.

Doug
