Looking for Production Readiness Review (PRR) procedure examples.

You need to clarify what you mean by "Production Readiness Review".

I am taking a guess that your intent is to determine whether a new product/process is ready for production. You have you choice of several methods:

1) The automotive PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
2) The FDA Process Validation process (see http://www.fda.gov/cder/guidance/pv.htm). This process consists of three steps:
- Installation Qualification = Is the equipment installed correctly?
- Operation Qualification = Pilot Run, process specs. etc.
- Process Qualification = Production capability

Your guess is right. It concerns new product/process readiness for production and assures that items to be manufactured will meet the requirements of the Statement of Work and engineering drawings. I need something which is applicable for aerospace industry.

I don't know the specific aerospace requirements for this. The FDA process is pretty generic and could be used in any industry. We are not FDA regulayed, but I use it for process changes that have been identified as high risk through PFMEAs.
