Rereading your post, AIM and several IM clients are 'supported'. What other 'messenger services' are you referring to and where would you want their icon? I can easily add it as an extra profile field, but I don't think I can add it and make it show up in places such as in posts like the 'instant messaging' icons do. If other folks are having problems with no icon at all, please let me know... I'm not sure what to say. I'm told that the Mac does not do SkypeWeb. What I see for me on my Mac using FireFox is a Skype icon, grayed with a question mark. Howard said on his machine it does show me as online when I'm online. I know on my Mac I bought the 'voicemail' option for US$20 a year and it didn't work until I completely (all preference files, etc.) erased all traces of the old version and reinstalled the latest version. Now voicemail works fine for me, including notifications of new voicemails. " means the person may be "on line" or may be "off line" but has decided not to tell you. - the icon stays grey. My icon stays in the last case " ? " because I do not how to change it. Howard, your icon I have already seen in the green mode - how did you do it?
