What is resistivity? and how to measure it.

Since you posted this under TQM, I suppose resitivity is the measure used to show how much management hates TQM!!!! But if you want the "physics" explanation, you should use an Ohmeter. Resitivity= the resistance per unit length of a substance with a uniform cross section.
