In my finding, I think the major audit criteria of first party audit is ISO10011-1,ISO10011-2 and ISO10011-3 while the major audit criteria of second party audit is ISO 19011...........Is there any mistake? please correct me:o

You should start out in your quest for information by fishing a bit.

Try to use the "SEARCH" tool here in the Cove and possibly start reviewing the Auditing threads in the subject of this thread.

By the way...ISO 10011-1, -2 & -3 have not been in use since 2002 so you're 3 years out of date.

Additionally you may want to actually take a training class in ISO whatever because the guist of all your questions indicate you know nearly nothing at all and what you do know is 2nd hand, hearsay and out of date. We can't teach it all here, and most of what you ask has already been answered numerous times if you'll just take the time to look (go fishing).

I know ISO19011 has replaced ISO10011-1, 10011-2, 10011-3 since 2002 by searching...However, I couldnt find any information about major audit criteria of both two....What I can say is that third party audit audit criteria is based on ISO9001 and internal documents...
but does it mean the major audit criteria of both first and second party audit based on ISO19011? In ISO 9001 8.2.2, it is a statement "See ISO 10011-1,ISO10011-2 and ISO 10011-3 for guidance" for internal audit. So it confuses me to find the right answer.

19011 is a guidance standard for auditing and auditor development. Criteria is defined in the document...get it and read it.
