Anyone have a copy of a level 1, level 2 and level 3 procedure (covering any part of the standard) for TS16949 that has passed document review? I sure would like to see how they are laid out. Thanks

Level 1 is the Quality Manual, Level II are derpartmental level procedures (typically) and Level III are typically of the 'Work Instruction' category. Make sure you understand there are MANY formats from text procedures to flow charts (aka process maps). For example, my recieving inspection procedure wouldn't work for anyone else, except as guidance on how to address a particular issue. You could buy a "canned" package and "pass" a desk audit of the documents, but would fall flat on your face during the actual audit. |
