Hi

I need some help creating a Lessons Learned Database as well as a supporting procedure.
Can anyone supply an example or advise how to start such a task.

Thanks

Not sure what your asking for,
Could you give some details?

What do you need this database for?

How you want it catagorized? (how do you want to look it up)

Are looking at Access as your database?

I sure someone will be able to help.

There are a couple external links I used to update my lessons learned, especially for setting up the design of the form.

http://www.eh.doe.gov/ll/sells/

http://www.nasa.gov/offices/oce/llis/home/

The hardest part is to keep it simple so that it is usable for others during review. As well to make the database easy to search try using categories as much as possible...

Rather than build anything special, why not just point Google desktop at your entire system?

http://desktop.google.ca/en/

Let it search everything....
