We are searching for a:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of product reliability and failure analysis in a semiconductor development environment
- Develop and drive QA reliability and failure analysis process improvement initiatives
- Take on a leadership role in working with internal depts to emphasize importance of the reliability

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in EE, CE, CS, Physics
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry reliability and failure analysis, product engineering or process engineering experience
- Previous experience managing and overseeing a team
- Planning, project management and coordination experience
- Strong Leadership skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Broad understanding of semiconductor reliability testing methodology, semiconductor manufacturing technologies, semiconductor packaging technologies, and failure analysis methodologies
-Strong experience in New Product Introduction

DESIRABLE:
- Working knowledge of product and process reliability qualification standards for Telecom, Datacom, Consumer component products
- Direct experience in semiconductor industry process development
- Understanding of system level product reliability qualification requirements
- Experience in a fab environment
