View Full Version : OHSAS 18001 - Ergonomics in OHSAS implementation sathis 6th November 2005, 06:59 AM We had exposure to ergonomics in OHSAS implementation I had attached a PPT file showing the ergonomics while working in computer. Ergonomics relates to the adaptation of the workplace to the employee along with the management of hazards that can result in RSI's, RMI's or whatever the flavor of the week anacronym suits you, and the varying factors involved as well. What's your point? The post was more than 3 years ago.............. The answer to his question would have been "Yes, I have experience, I have done it and I have taught it and my suggestion would have been unless you really know what you're doing get some hands on help". Since the original posting I think we have discussed human factors engineering and ergonomics in other threads including some helpful attachments.
