Howard Atkins 27th July 2006, 08:43 AM Welcome to the cove.
If you look in the Gage R&R and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) forum (http://elsmar.com/Forums/forumdisplay.php?f=91) you will find some examples.

Thanks for the post. I am wondering how you deal with document management at Mercury. Where do you store all of your information and how do you make it searchable so those who need it can find what they need.:whip:

Howard Atkins 21st August 2007, 04:09 AM This is a PPAP form only.
There are a lot of APQP forms if you look in the file attachments (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php) here.
micsim 23rd August 2007, 12:14 PM I was just poking around and came accross this Tread. The forms look very nice. I just had a quick question about one of the sheet. What is a bonus tolerance?

Welcome to the Cove :bigwave:
There's a good explanation of bonus tolerance here (http://toolingandproduction.com/archives/0205/0205bonus_tolerances.asp).
feixin2003 4th September 2007, 11:31 AM Well structured document, thanks for your information. Please advise it is from AIAG PPAP rev 4 or not?
Watchwait 5th December 2007, 01:46 PM In lieu of the password, just copy the workbook to a new file and the new file will be unprotected (unlocked).
In Excel: Edit/Move or Copy Sheet To Book: (new book).
Cells with over 255 characters will be truncated, but they'll be enough there to edit as needed.
I did this and it worked fine - and saved myself countless hours/days/weeks of "new formatting". Thanks again to the author(s)!!:thanx:
Alexandre Turino 17th December 2007, 07:12 AM Hello,
Can you share the password also.
I't very good template
Alexandre
zjagr 17th December 2008, 01:32 PM password is not needed. Just do "Save as" and it's done.
Koivisto 17th December 2008, 03:53 PM Not a bad form, many customers require in their format however. This is similar to Delphi's. The most important thing to a PPAP is a dimensionally correct part, not the paperwork.
abm008 18th December 2008, 09:33 PM The form like Ford's sample. but in any case,thank you !

JThomas 19th February 2009, 12:17 PM :topic: I know this doesn't apply to the main topic but...most passwords made in Excel can be broken by copying the worksheet into a new worksheet. :mg: There has to be a way to prevent that from happening though.
shenfei-china 14th April 2009, 10:18 PM Thanks a lot , very useful form....
henery 3rd June 2009, 09:46 AM I'm in the process of first PPAP mandated by potential huge client and I need help - could you please share the password - please

Save the file to your hard drive under a different name and then reopen it. You should be able to edit it then.

Open the .xls file in Excel and then save it under a different name.
QM Mary 5th June 2009, 10:15 AM it appears your psw is the wrong revision, you might want to review your wording in the certification.
