Can I suggest the best method for getting a response from cove members is to put something up here first. Let us know what you think or what you are having problems with. Most cove members are then happy to help out. Otherwise it just looks like you are "trawling" for documents without contributing.

Don't worry - even if your ideas seem too simple you are unlikely to get anyone junp down your throat.

Hi !. I would suggest that you follow ISO-19011 for preparing your audit plan (section 6.4.1). Otherwise, most often we end up writing the audit schedule and calling it an audit plan (no doubt, audit schedule is an important part of the audit plan). In my opinion, it is a good practice to follow ISO-19011 as that helps you to conduct the audit according to an international standard.
