I am new to this site. I am a Quality and Customer Satisfaction Manager in a Telecommunication services company.The forums has been very informative to me.
I have been asked to give an hour talk on Quality Excellence and End User Satisfaction to the employees of automobile air conditioner manufacturer. I would like to seek yr assistance on pointers or good websites in preparing my presentations. Appreciate all yr help very much.

Perhaps I have not clarified about end user satisfaction. The company that I am going to address is a automobile aircondition manufacturer. I believe they would like me to talk abt the perception of the users of the airconditioners made by this company. I would also like to talk on general matters of customer satisfaction and how it affects company's performance with some real examples.
