I am researching into the importance of quality models within outsourcing deals as part of my dissertation for my degree. As part of this research I have created an online questionnaire.
I am looking at all aspects of outsourcing, from a vendor and customer perspective, hence why I am posting here. So if any of you have any experience of quality models could you please take some time to complete it?

I'm sure there are folks here who would like to help, but I think you need to define your terms. What specifically do you mean by "outsourcing"? The categorical explanations on your questionairre aren't very clear. Also, you need to define "quality model." I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Yes sorry, i shall change the page to include these terms.

By outsourcing i mean
“Transferring over an amount of work to a third party rather than complete it internally”

And by quality model i refer to
"A formula and/or set of instructions for how the obtained quality measures are to be implemented into the receiving company"

I hope this clears things up, if anybody has any other questions please post them and i will answer them ASAP
