Is anyone here aware of government (federal or state) agencies that have implemented an ISO-14001 system?

From what I've heard the AF is looking at it real hard. The Army is studying it. I was just talking to an Army environmental guy last Friday. He just finished his LA course. The problem is he can't seperate thinking conformance to a mgmt standard and compliance. This may be the problem across the board with the military and gov't civilians, lack of abstract thought ability.
