I'm looking for a hands on person to come into my plant and execute Kaizen events. This person must speak english and spanish and have demonstrated successes. Not looking for a consultant to train-the-trainer, classroom training, etc... I will be getting that from corporate resources. I'm looking to benefit immediately from the Kaizen tools as we get organized at the corporate level. My plant is in the Los Angeles area, Compton specifically, and I'm looking for someone or an organization that is local.

I would appreciate any leads or alternate methods to search.

I love external Kaizen events. They are so much fun. You know it is like the best part of an interview, touring the plant, seeing the processes etc. That is why I am now a huge fan of John Ratzenberger's Made in America.

It is just a coincidence that We won SECOND Prize in Inter Hindalco Kaizen Competition. Besides this our unit has also won Jury Award in this competition.

I am pleased to communicate you that I am KAIZEN COORDINATOR for entire unit. Apart from other WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities, I am responsible to organise and implement all SGA (Small Group Activities) at shop floor level such as Suggestion Scheme, Kaizen, Quality Circle etc.

We have won many awards in QC Convention also.

Here is an alternate method.

Instead of trying to pay someone to do your job. Do this instead.

Step 1. Make a small improvement Monday and teach one person to make an improvement.

Step 2. Both of you do another small improvement on tuesday and both of you teach one person to make an improvement

Step 3. All 4 of you do a small improvement on Wed and all of you teach one person to make an improvement.

Step 4. All 8 of you do a small improvement on Thur and all of you teach one person to make an improvement .

Step 5. All 16 of you do a small improvement on Fri and all of you teach one person to make an improvement.

Step 6. Do this again the following monday (32 ppl), and Tue (64 ppl), and Wed 128 ppl, then thursday ( 256 ppl) then Fri (512).

In two weeks, you will have made (2+4+8+16+32+64+128+256+512) improvements. If you only saved one(1) second in each little improvement, you will have made a 1022 second improvement. Thats a 17 min improvement. If its not enough . . . guess what you should do next!.
