I have been asked for a specific example of a "lessons learned plan", and I don't have one that I can show as one stand-alone document. - We integrate our lessons learned from one job to the next during design reviews, and they are considered throughout the design. - However, I suspect our customer wants to see a single document as evidence.
Does anyone have an example they are willing to share?
I appreciate your help on this
thanks,

I just did a quick search for "Lessons Learned" on this site and found a lot of links. One suggestion was to point Google desktop at your computer and let it go...
There is a starting list at the bottom of this page.

I have been asked for a specific example of a "lessons learned plan" Lessons learned from what? Something specific or in general? What will you be applying Lessons Learned to?
Maybe your customer could give you a generic example of what their expectations in a Lessons Learned plan are.
