I am looking for a new QSR training program. Ours is pretty old, but there is a test so we can show training effectiveness. What is everyone else using out there? Is there something electronic available (i.e. VHS, DVD) Any help would be appreciated.

Is your current QSR training in electronic medium such as powerpoint, or is it a paper document?

It is actually a program that runs through a series of chapters. After each chapter is a test. We use the test scores to show effectiveness. If someone fails a chapter, they can't move on and have to go throught the chapter again. It works well, it is just old....

A commercial program like the one we use now would be great....
