I am in the process of cleaning up our current document database. I have come across the fact that we do not have one procedure for Corrective Action and one procedure for Preventative Action-we have a combined procedure that sort of covers both requirements. My first thought is that we should have two separate procedures-what do you all think?
We are TS-16949 certified and have been for 2 years... but, we have almost 70 procedures (80% outdated) that I am working through right now.. fun-fun.

Thanks for you input.
