Does anyone knows the frequency for PV tests? How often we have to perform the tests. Which documentation is referring this info?

As far as I understand PV testing is carried out during the PPAP submission. However, re-validation should be carried out on an yearly basis to a testing level agreed between you and the customer.

Most customers state once a year either in their contracts or in their supplier manual guides. Some customers manual state that it should only be done upon request.

I would start looking at you supplier manuals that the customers issue to you.
