View Full Version : Visteon/ACH - Do I still have to worry about Visteon Customer Specific Requirements?

O.K. it has been a while since I've been here, but as usual it is the first place I come for help. The company I work for supplies to Ford and Visteon. Due to all the recent changes some of the Visteon plants have been acquired by Ford and the rest of the Visteon plants will now become ACH. Many of you have probably seen the book of requirements from Visteon. My question is now that the remaining Visteon plants have become ACH do I still have to worry about Visteon Customer Specifics?

:confused: Angela

Maybe the attached file will shed some light.

Jim;

Thanks for replying so quickly. I understand the split, but now all of my former Visteon suppliers are ACH. Do you know if there are ACH specifics?

Thanks
Angela:)

The attached announcement says to use the Visteon policies and customer specifics unless otherwise instructed differently by ACH. See page two.

Our TS CB auditor recommended we stay with the Visteon CSRs until we hear whats shaking out for who ever ends up as your customer.

ACH requires the use of Visteon requirements. One catch is if you are supplying a product that is used by both Visteon and ACH you have to submit PPAPs and change requests etc. to both.
