We are consulting for an ISO 14001 project for a refinery. We would like to know to what extent the emergency Prepardness need to be extended ?

Emergency preparedness extends to the stakeholders, in this case the community surrounding the refinery, the applicable government agencies and even the media should be included in the planning.
