Apparently I would like to understand a few terms inside the Part Submission Warrant (PSW) since I'm working with Japanese company (stamping part for car audio) so maybe the terms that we practised is different compared with TS16949.
Below I list down the term and somebody pls correct me if the term is not similar.

TS16949 Term ...................................My company term

1.Engineering Change Level.................Customer Modification Request (ECN?)
2.Engineering Drawing Change Level......Customer Modification Drawing (Revision)
3.Checking Aid No. ............................Inspection Standard Manual No.
4.Application................................... Mecha Model Name

The PSW is not dependent on TS or QS, it is based on the PPAP book and requirements of the customer.
The German companies use a different form.
Attached is an annotated PSW I trust it helps

I understand Checking aid to be a gage or a fixture, not a document.

Perhaps in your case an assembly jig used to hold parts for joining or assembly?

Do you have a copy of the PPAP manual? Do you struggle with translation? I could ask our translator to put a few things in Japanese for you.

Thank you for your attention. Obviously I don't have PPAP manual and don't have any problem with translation. Working with Japanese company but I'm Malaysian.
Perhaps you or someboday can get me a copy of this PPAP manual (latest version maybe) coz currently I only have FMEA manual (3rd edition).

And one more thing. From Blaupunkt audit finding, they're requesting our site to fulfil the N2580 requirements everytime PPAP or I.S.I submission. Yupe they provided us with the N2580 manual but here if somebody has an experience with that maybe we share it.

I am afraid that the PPAP manual is copyrighted and we cannot post it here.
The 3rd edition PPAP is going to be replaced soon
If you look at the various checklists that are here http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php?mode=allfiles&sortby=forum&pageamt=2
then you can find out most of the information with out the handbook.
Is the N2580 the Bosch standard for a decleration for prohibited substances?

Yupe, N2580 is Bosch standard of prohibited and declarable substances since this Blaupunkt is under Bosch.

As I remember you need to make a list of the materials in your product which are on the list.
The best way of doing this is to pass the responsibility to your suppliers. You are a stamping company and as such I assume you purchase metal, ask your supplier for the decleration, they should know about this, it is based on the VDA list and is well known.
If you use other material then do the same, you need to coordinate the information and fill in the form.
If you get the info from your suppliers it is no big problem and companies that are ISO 14001 registered are probably doing this anyway.
Good Luck
