During our pre-assessment we were told we must have metrics for each QMS process identified in our Interaction Process Flow Diagram. We have metrics for each of our objectives that tie into our processes including machine downtime, % scrap, cost of poor quality, customer complaints, corrective actions, etc. Hope this helps!
