View Full Version : Process correlation matrix - Just how far "into the weeds" do I go?

Hi All,
I have a very simple question concerning my process correlation matrix. Just how far "into the weeds" do I go with this? In general, there seem to be one or 2 customer-related or support processes that address the majority of any given clause of ISO 13485. What I guess I am struggling with is does my matrix need to reflect every clause/process relationship? I started doing this & it just looked so "busy" that I thought I'd ask how others have handled this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you seen the sample process matrix for ISO 13485 (http://elsmar.com/Forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=4756). You might want to use something similar.

Thanks very much for the response! I did find reference to this sample last week and tried to open it but could never get it to work. It says it's a WORD document, but won't open correctly and comes up as gibberish.

Thank you for the file. It worked fine this time, and I think it will be helpful.
